Organizations cannot solve security risk solely by hiring more security professionals. Machine speed risk has officially outpaced human speed response.

Most teams treat AI as a consultant. The AI assistant tells a human what is wrong and suggests a fix. The human then has to triage the risk, find the root cause, and write the code.

This creates a massive bottleneck in the security backlog. The fix is moving from assistants to agents. An AI agent acts as an operator. It analyzes the risk, performs exploitability analysis to see if the bug can actually be used by an attacker, and submits a Pull Request.

This shifts the entire business process from detection to resolution. Instead of a security tool simply adding more tickets to a backlog, the workflow handles the triage and the repair. The security team stops being the primary bottleneck and becomes the final approval gate.

I condensed the mechanism into a 12-page visual field guide — swipe through below.

How do you currently handle the gap between a vulnerability being detected and a fix being merged into production?
